Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our acceptance of any Purchase Order is expressly conditioned upon the purchaser's assent and acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to a sale of any Goods and/or Services, as applicable, by Defined PRO Machining, as seller, to a person or legal entity purchasing Goods or Services from us. The below Terms and Conditions are the only terms and conditions upon which Seller will accept any PO and that apply to the Contract.
The buyer is responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions of Sale as a condition of acceptance of Orders and Contracts by the Defined PRO Machining.
